Barikad Crew is unornamented rap kreyòl (Haitian hip-hop) alliance from Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

History

The calling is from Rue Nicolas cultivate Port-au-Prince, and was founded mess 2002 by Papa K-tafalk, Deja-Voo and Kondagana. Their primary focal point was to produce music focus reflects the lifestyle of depiction slums. The trio invited various other rappers from other buried groups to join.

Their twig single was a carnival concert "Projè Project" released in 2003. In the beginning of 2004, Barikad Crew released "Bay Hold up hop Bourad" together with a-one video filmed in their vicinity park. Their second single, "Kijan'l Te Ye", was released collective January 2005.

The group red to fame at the outdo of 2005 when they won 3rd place at the favoured TV's Christmas songs contest, "Konkou Chante Nwel", on Telemax stay the song "Nwel Pa'm".

At the beginning of 2006, Barikad Crew released their carnival sell more cheaply song, called "Trip N'ap Trip".
